Mandarin Chinese, A Language Conglomerate?

House of Translation - Mandarin Chinese, A Language Conglomerate?

Mandarin is essentially a group of dialects used in northern and southwestern China, so it isn’t one defined language but rather multiple dialects brought together to form a language. What makes Mandarin so interesting is not the number of people who speak it but rather how it is constructed in written form. Mandarin is one of the world’s only languages to be written entirely in symbols, working with phonetics and pictures instead of words.
Here is an English alphabet translation of some common words & phrases.www.houseoftranslation.ae
